Hi does anyone know of some cheap ish Accommodation round cheddar gorge way something self catering cheers.
There's always the YHA, self catering and almost always bike friendly
Caving huts in Priddy about 6 miles away about a fiver a night .Bit rough and ready .Depends who for and how posh you are ?
It's for me the wife and a 7 year old,or any good camp sites?
There are a few near Cheddar .Bucklegrove is in Westbury sub Mendip about 4 miles from Cheddar.Mendip Heights is in Priddy which is nice and the pub is good (Queen Vic)and they have just redeveloped the place where the Cheddar Challenge was held .The youth hostel in Cheddar is good and does a family room .I used it with my lad at about 8 years old.
