Is it mountainbiking? 🙂
I am on a mountainbike (towing a trailer of camping kit), I have ridden trailcentre routes with less loose gravel, surrounded by mountains and its a 1200 ft descent in a mile and a bit. As usual the video flattens it - 1:3 in places and averaging 1:5 or so.

Yes you are riding a mountain bike down a mountain and as for skill to keep mounted on that loose gravel ,top marks IMO
