Hello,
I have an old (2011) Sram Red 10 speed shifter that I would like to use with a new Rival or Force rear mech. Are there any compatible issues with this? The only thing confusing me is the 2:1 cable actuation or whatever they call it.
I'm guessing there is no problem at all. I'm still keeping it 10 speed but with a Race Face narrow/wide chainring.Any advice gratefully received.
