Last week I reported K Jnr-01 shifter was malfunctioning - https://singletrackmag.com/forum/topic/microshift-malfunction-assistance-please/ - and with everything tested, cleaned and lubed with no joy I reached out to MicroSHIFT support for help.
A copy of the purchase receipt and a photo of the shifter later and they've sent a new one in the post as a warranty replacement, arriving tomorrow.

I have had a few Microshift products on our bikes the last couple of years - and while slightly plasticy, they have worn well and been really functional.
I've used microSHIFT stuff before and it's generally at least on par with SRAM NX but at a better price, good to know their customer service is decent too.

I feels its important to recognise good service - as a recipient of many years of experience & fun provided to me by the bike industry its one small way of giving back.
Just one more plug - I opened the box to instal the shifter today to find they'd stuffed a full cable kit inside. Â Nice one!
