If my rear hub axle states it's M12 x P1.5 Length 171 - could you kindly advise this idiot what rear hubbed (I'm buying a factory built wheelset) wheelset I need to order?
Thank you
No, you can't tell from just that measurement. You need to know the spacing between the dropouts which will be either 142 (older standard, pre 2016-17 ish) or 148mm (Boost standard). The length of the through axle depends on the frame as well as the hub.
what's the frame?
Thanks for the replies. It's a Wilier 503X. Pretty sure it's not Boost. Front is 100m, 15mm Thru Axle. The Willier website isn't much help.

so looks like 142 so older standard hub and NOT Boost
Thank you for the help. I couldn't find my year model on the Willier website and it refers to "updates" and "upgrades" which was making me doubt what I was reading.
