If I buy and import a frame from Canada is it no longer subject to import duties, just vat?
thanks.
I only had to pay VAT and an admin fee on my Chromag. All done through FEDEX.
Google does help but yeah you’ll be liable if new or even used marked as new or not marked.

When was that? I'm trying to work out whether my assumption is correct that CETA applies now and that there are no tariffs applied if I buy a frame.
About 8 weeks ago. I've found the invoice, I paid duty and VAT, the duty was 31 and the VAT was 150 on a 1400 frame (all in gbp)
