Had a faulty part but couldn't find the receipt. The nice people at Extra UK sorted it out for me. I was once sent the wrong bars by merlin cycles. It was the run up to Christmas and Extra UK swapped the bars direct to save time rather than going via merlin so it could all be done by Christmas.

Just think service like that deserves a mention. My blackburn pump has died. Guess what I'm going to replace it with!

I'll join in the Extra UK 'big up', I dealt with a guy called Chris who was excellent.
.
Crashed Easton bars. Extra did me a 1/2 price set as crash replacement. Unfortunately no similar Easton bars in UK at the moment.
.
However Chris at Extra went and hoodwinked me a set of Haven Carbon from some magical secret place. These are not available to buy as yet.
.
Top guy and excellent customer service.
.
Oh, and the Haven Carbon are lovely. Highly recommended.
