I’ve got 2108 XL Cannondale Jekyll, at the moment It’s got a 150mm dropper on it, to get the perfect height for peddling I have to have the yoke of the dropper about 10mm above the seat clamp. At times on steep downhill sections I have found that the seat is slightly in the way.
Which leads me to my questions.
1: Can you adjust the ride height on a 170mm dropper like you can on the OneupComponents post?
2: Can I cut 10/20mm off the seat tube? I know it would void the warranty but I brought the bike secondhand so as far as I’m aware there is no warranty.

The reason for the AXS is I’d love to have the bare minimum cables as possible. I know buying a Jekyll with the Gemini system wasn’t ever gonna be The complete minimum cables but 3 is ok.

1 - no, Reverbs aren't adjusstable

2 - you could, but I wouldn't - the tube is probably designed to be strong int he right places. Chopping it could be sketchy

Won't solve your cable problem, but a OneUp dropper had low stack compared to other models, so wile you might only have room for a 150mm reverb, you might accommodate a 170 OneUp in the same space.

Thanks.
A friend was selling a oneup but I’d like to remove another cable so a 150mm Axs and just have it raised out of the seat tube 10mm for normal rides then drop down for BikePark days. 👍
