Currently riding a Whyte G150, (with 160 up front). Had it for around 12 months - off to Chatel this year,, and been doing quite a few Downhill trails, Bike parks recently. Im slower than my mates on the Downhill bikes but still not had massive issues,, I do the odd bit of XC with it but not a lot and when I do do it im always looking for a rock to drop off. In an ideal world id have 2 x bikes but iv only really got space to have one - is there a bike out there which is the closest to both? or do I already have it.

A 160/150mm bike is perfectly adequate for the majority of Chatel bike park. Obviously if you're thinking of taking on the likes of Air Voltage you'll want something more substantial but I get the impression you're not. Your current bike would also be ideal for riding outside of the bike parks in the Alps and riding most of the bike parks and DH the UK has to offer too.

I would probably want to do some of the air voltage stuff aswell,, iv no doubt I could do it on mine - but I know unless I land everything perfect,, which wont happen,, im thinking is there something more of a beast which would cater for all?
