So it looks like all the 100mm bargain forks that I saw in the sales earlier this month have been sold...

But can still get some manitou tower pro in 120mm or some Rebas in 80mm

Both for around £200. Which would you go for?

I think the angles aren't too far off an Inbred, & a 120mm was too long on the one I had.

I upgraded from 80 to 100mm and didn't notice a huge difference. From what I have heard 120mm doesn't handle that well.

it's ok if you run them pretty soft but it's much happier around 100mm max

Definitely go for 100mm - 120 is too long. Pretty sure you can reduce the travel on a Tower pro?
