Seen these 2014 models that seem a good price

Anyone have experience on how they come up in comparision to the size chart?
Size Small Medium Large X Large
Bicep (in) 8-10 10-12 12-14 14-16
Forearm (in) 7-8 8-9 9-10 10-11
Failing that - I will just order and send back for an exchange if wrong!!
