Thinking of getting one (28T) to put in place of my 104mm BCD 32T, for an upcoming trip to the Lakes (which is steeper than Surrey!)

Do they work OK at the top (small cog, high gear) end of the cassette? Does it not bend the chain a bit?

Cassette is a 10 speed 11-36 with a 40 TRex swapped in.

Ta.

I have a 26t oval absolute black that fits on granny tabs. Works really well! However I have gone for a direct mount on my new build....cheeky but it's for sale in the classified!

Mrsstu is running a 28T on the grany tabs.
If anything I'd say it's improved the chainline.

They do if you don't run a bash guard, I fitted one and with the bash it looked fine
