I'm 6' with a 32" inside leg and have an 18.
Fits fine.

5'11" here and my medium fatty is very comfy. In fact, I don't recall it ever feeling anything other than perfect.

I'm 5'8" take a 30" leg and right on the limit of a 400 mm seat post on a medium Fatty.
Taller people are all your seat posts in far enough?
