I'm about the push "buy" on a Hugo 52 in 26in flavour. Currently there's the Surly Dirt Wizard 2.75 (wot I have at the moment) and the Knard 3".
I'm guessing there might not be too many companies lining up to produce 26+ tyres, so I'm wondering what future this wheel might have.
Are 4" fatbike tyres usable with a 50mm rim?

Probably don't need deep section aero rims like that on a fatbike. 8)

I'm guessing dirt wizzards in a 650b frame with good clerance might work. Is that the plan?
I've got a Chumba HX1 which looks like it should work with 26+, but it's a big outlay to find out!
