My lovely daughter has given me a £50 North Face voucher and there's a retail outlet 10 miles away @ Bicester village. I have a couple of their quick wicking shirts and find them really good under a softshell but I could rely do with a waterproof jacket for when I'm riding the bike so can anyone recommend anything?

Avoid Bicester village - the "outlet" there is all the weird colours and mostly S or XL sizes. Very little in the way of anything MTB suitable too.

Simon I don't mind the xl or even xxl sizes & I can imagine the diets colours etc are all you'll find in any outlet store..
Deffo not needing slippers.
