Am I correct in thinking that the equivalent of a 470mm A2C rigid fork is a 100mm suspension fork?
If I were to fit a 120mm suspension fork on a frame designed for 470mm rigid A2C would this knacker the geometry or could I just run increased sag?
By way of comparison, I just swapped a Reba U-turn 85-115 for a 465 a-c exotic carbon fork.
The a-c of the Reba is 465-495 unsagged.
I usually ran the Reba at 115, so once it was sagged it was probably running at the same as the rigid.
I reckon a 120mm fork would be fine.

It's the new 2020 Kona Unit. Looks fab. Apart from the urine colour paint job.
At 25% sag, the a2c of a 120mm fork is 500mm. That's way longer than the rigid fork.
The closest would be a 80mm fork.
Honestly, I would pick a different bike if the intention is to use a suspension fork
Just looking at the picture of the bike, there is barely a tyre's height space between the tyre and underneath of the fork crown. They are 2.6 tyres. 100mm fork with some sag would still be a bit higher I would think. Depends how the bike would respond to being chopped out a bit.
