The front is fork specific, so irrelevent really for frame.

And the rear, if its a Lynskey 456Ti and a 20" then no. There isn't the room at the 'coke can'.

I dont think the rear will fit, my 16" frame with 26"wheels and maxxis aspin tyre has only got about 15mm clearance

If you put a small tyre on a 650b wheel then you will have exactly the same overall diameter as a normal to big tyre on a 26" wheel. ie. achieving nothing but with the expense of new wheels/tyres. In other words totally pointless, which just about sums up 650b in my humble opinion.
