Are you sure that's a 456? I'd say it was a regular Inbred, maybe 2010ish
Exactly?....don't know but someone on here will!....it's one of the early ones though when they were still called Inbred-456's instead of just the 456 as they were known latterly.
Lovely bike, rode far better than its price tag had any right to....still miss my 456-evo.
Nope defo a 456, never bought an inbred.
Brant should be able to help I would of thought.
Definitly a 456, the top tube/seat stay is a dead givaway. Mine is a 2008 and is the same except for the cable routing that is over the top tube. The earlier model has a chain stay bridge so it's 2009 or later. I'm sure Brant will have the definitive answer though.
As Harry said not one of the early ones with the chainstay bridge. The other colour option was a dark blue and also labelled inbred. The chain suck marking was the only problem with them.
Way back machine around 2009/10 should give you the geometry.

Doesnt have my colour, must be earlier.
Not sure of year, but I had one in this red and in the dark blue, both stickered as inbred, but def 456's. As touched upon above, the older inbreds had a skinnier top tube and the seat stays joined the seat tube higher than the top tube on the inbred.
Might be wrong here, but I thought geo stayed the same until they released the evo (not counting the summer season).
Loved my old inbreds and 456s...also love my new inbred and 456evo.
It's defo a 456, and identical to my 2008 one!
Right revised then, probs 2008.

Geometry pre Evo.
Original ones were that blue or that green
That's one from when I'd left to go to Ragley.
Definitely a 456 for seatstay wishbone reasons.
Compared to modern bike or current Evo it's higher bb, slacker seat angle, steeper head angle.
Thanks Brant. When did you leave for ragley?
End of Jan 2009
Great cheers.
Best bikes ever, drag it out the shed, drop it on the floor, rag it, jump it, lock it up to lamposts, break wheels, break mechs, break brakes, break saddles.
5 min with a bottle of T-cut and it looked passable before I dropped it off to it's new owner.
Shame On-One don't do test rides, I bought mine on the strength of a 2 minute test ride borrowing a friends, and his SPD's which were 2 sizes too small and it was set up with a 40mm stem and 560mm bars, and it still rocked!
.............wanders off to ebay.............
tinas, my extra small shown above is in the classifieds..
I'm definitely a large!
Think of it as a BMX.
I think of my large fatty as a BMX! And already have a 4x bike and just sold my BMX.
