Any one set up there 1 or 2 x10 cassette with a 40t ring added ? just considerng it as a temporary set up as i cant get a DT XD driver assy anywhere.
Fitted a XX1 crank got a rear mech etc but everywhere is sold out of DT XD hub assy's.

Yep, I have one and all seems good.
I took out the 17t as advised, used a type 2 X9 medium cage mech and slightly let out the B screw.
All in all very simple.

Looks to be a good move so a Hope 40t will be on its way soon, though it'll be interesting to see what Shimano bring out.
