Wanting to find some 3wt suspension oil for charger fork dampers for less money than rockshox want for it
Rockshox offer 120ml for £6
(Epic bleed solutions offer 100ml for £6)
Rockshox do 455ml of 3wt but 'rear suspension fluid' for £9+. Why would it only work for rear shocks?
You can get rock oil (or whatever its called) suspension fluid or crc, 500ml for £6, just they don't do a 3wt
What happens if you mix grades of suspension fluid? eg four parts 2.5wt to one part 5wt would average 3wt, but does it actually mix in as simplified a way as that?
Biketart have 1 Litre bottle for £22.75 at the mo. I could not be bothered to do the maths to see if that worked out cheaper
Plus there are 10% off codes kicking around at the mo
Think I'm using some maxima stuff. Look at the viscosity of the rockshox stuff and find an alternative that way. Pvdwiki has a useful chart on their site.
I had the same problem a while back. Caved in and got two bottles from Epic.
Expensive stuff.

No.

Go to your local motor factors and buy some synthetic motor bike fork oil . The last oil I bought was from an Auto jumble and it was around £8 a litre.
Motor bike shop is your friend especially one that specialises in MX which usually carry a wide range of different weights cheaper than mtb suspension oil
It's this stuff rebadged, isn't it?

12 quid a litre here, which isn't too bad.
Yep, looks like the stuff I'm using.

Probably as mentioned above but that’s what you want.
