I'm struggling to find a 10speed 34t chain ring, could someone please point me in the right direction . 4 bolt 104 pcd. I only want a cheap steel one so thaT it lasts a bit longer through the winter mud

You can use a 9spd one. I use an e13 33t

Gusset Tribal here, been used in all weathers for 4 years or so and still fine.

The sad news is that the salsa rings, and all their lovely colours are no longer going to be around. Salsa are getting out of the chainring game. So get them while you can.
