[Closed] 33T ring on XT double? Anyone run this?

Can you do this without the tabs fouling the chain? 32T doesn't work.

I have a single 30t outer on a Deore, I've no idea how different the Deore and xt offerings are in that respect

Just file the insides of the tabs a little, no one will know...

Cheers both.

Called round a few places for bolt spacers, no luck. Filed the tabs, offered it up, realised I'd have to file a whole lot more, went to the hardware store and picked up 10 for a quid.

Wife's Swift is now sub 25lbs with Rebas, flats and chubby ardents. And it's chuffing brilliant fun! Had to take it for a safety test, didn't I?

All the 30T and 32T (albeit NW) rings I've had have had the ring slightly offset to stop this happening. Spacers will do the same
