Hi all,
this year will be my first race and I would like to recce as much of the route as I can on foot. I realise that this is probably going to mostly include the open access bits approaching the summits. Is there a more detailed route description that I've missed or does someone have a gpx file?

You can't go wrong.
IIRC the route up Ingleborough is private land. You can obviously get to the summit by other routes though.
Whernside and PyG are both dead easy to find and follow. Have a look on the Three Peaks site and cross relate that to an OS map.
