So I made it ten hours into 2019 before I picked up a nice Dahon folding bike to hack about the city on.
Not I’ve picked up my 2nd bike of 2019 and she’s a beaut.
It’s italian.
It’s a fixie.
It’s steal.

But on this topic I've just got my first bike of 2019, a Specialized Diverge.
Mmm, I like that. But I'd need brakes, mudguards and drop handlebars on it.

The wall is the local park so I’ll get onto the council.
The front fork isn’t drilled for a brake but has the indent to get one done.
I’ll either be changing the fork for a brake friendly unit or drill this one.
Just been looking for suitable brakes and I think a 1987 Campagnolo chorus would look sweet.
As for the bars. I’ll probably fit drops but I’ll need a fake left hood. I think canecreak made them years ago.
Anyway. It’s mg new project so I’ll see where it goes.
