Looking at some upgrades for my 29er and tbh been a while since I got anything new for my bikes tend to keep things till they die, but this bike has to last me.

Been looking for some RS Pikes for my 29er, I've seen them on new bikes with 120mm travel, anyone know where I can get a set or is it a buy and send off to tftuned to get them lowered?

Wheels, still merlin the best bet? hope hubs handbuilt? or are there any better out there?

Currently bike has RS Revs and Specialized own brand wheels.

CRC seem to have the 130mm Pike in stock now and the 120mm available in a few days

If you're thinking about Pikes then go for them. I went for Revs for my current 29er and whilst the are great I do now want to change over to the Pikes having had thm on the 26 frame that I got rid of.

Also have at look at CRC for Hope custom builds.

Yes travel can be adjusted to 120mm (pikes & revs)(and various other travels too, we've done a few custom length too) and can supply forks too 😉
Wheels have been using hope hoops on my 29er (techxc front tech enduro rim rear)
for trail/race hardtail with revs lowered to 110 on the front.
