I'm afraid to ask 😯

Given im the urban cyclist, not the dedicated offroader, I think it best i opt for tyres suitable for town, as in a central low resistance rolling bit, with knobbly sides for more grip on trail/paths or dirt track.

Any suggestions.
Probably 2.4"-2.6"

They look ideal, and a good price too. I'll watch some on ebay unless i can find cheaper outside or local.
Thanks for that 😀

Thanks for the replies, I'll choose something later on.
Shop phoned and I pick it up Saturday afternoon, I asked what tyres they had as I felt I'll be needing a bit of time faffing about with the different assist modes, get the forks and shock fettled, and they've only really got Schwalbe Marathon Plus MTB in 2.25", so I've opted for a pair of those just to get me up and running. I'll take a look at the suggestions at a later stage when Im more used to the bike.

They suggested i just swap the magic mary 2.6" Snake Skin / TL-Easy / SuperTrail / Addix Soft and the hans dampf 2.6" Snake Skin / TL-Easy / SuperTrail / Addix Speedgrip over to the marathons , and they retain the original tyres, no extra charge.
I politely declined.

Vittoria Terreno Dry

Those look pretty neat. Look excellent in fact. Have you used them in dirt setting, on cornering. Im not an aggressive leaner but well you know.

I used to use Thunder Burts for some pretty aggressive riding. Insanely fast... not very much puncture resistance though.

Good to know, but im not that much of an aggressive rider anyway.
I'll speed along if i know where im going and have ridden the route many times, but mostly its places I've never been to. I suppose the fear of the unknown kicks in and i dont want to get there or to that difficult point at 15 or 20 mph 😆
