I can get the reba now with a straight steerer or do i wait save a few more pennies and get the sids to the same spec but with a tapered steerer, going to be racing on this bike but will the weight really make that much difference? and how do they perform against each somebody told me its just the weight difference now. They'll be going on a planet x dirty harry frame btw. Thanks in advance.

You can get the Sids with RCT3 & dual flow rebound, which is significantly better than Motion Control of the Reba.
