What forks have people successfully ran 29plus tyre in?

I fancy the duro crux 3.25” but doubt there are many to fit that tyre

Please add to the short list I have, any experience and knowledge welcome

RS Pike 29+
Rs Yari 29+
Manitou magnum 29+
Cheers

Pretty sure a bluto will take them, though there are other issues there...

magnum is a great fork if it's a Pro which has the Dorado air system and the hydraulic bottom out. I've got one on my Stache. Manitou also make a Machete 29+ but it's a bit anorexic for most.

I managed to run a 29x3.25 Vee Bulldozer in a Magnum Pro but you wouldn't want a mudguard of any description as well! owing to not having much clearance,

I have a Bontrager Chupacabra 3.0 in a normal Fox 32 29er fork on an i35 rim

Will probably end up with a Dirt Wizard, as they’re a tiny bit smaller, but have ridden in filth with no ill effects so far

Thanks for the replies.
I nearly snagged a set of magnums cheap but the steerer was to short!
I wondered about these

I know some fox forks have big clearance

I would be staggered if they don’t fit, presuming you fit one of the smaller 29+ tyres eg a Terrence McFly or Surly Dirt Wizard.
At that price I’m a little tempted to get some myself to beef up the front end on my set up, but they boost fsctor probably makes it prohibitive

I ran a 3” Minion DHF in a Yari+ and with a mudhugger type guard the clearance was close. Not an issue other than mud scraping regular on cruddy rides but no catching.

If there were such a thing as a Minion 3.2 I think it would have been a problem.

A bit niche, but Maverick SC32 forks work well with 29+ and fat wheels.

It is a proprietary hub, but you can get an axle kit for Hope and some other hubs.

I have a Minion DHR 3.0 that fits in my MRP stage with reasonable clearance, but not loads of room for mud once you a Marshguard type mudguard as well. I've got a set of those Fox forks too so could possibly see what clearance is like, but not a for a couple of days.

Thanks again all for the replies.
Generally I like my Rs forks but I could be persuaded elsewhere .
I’m keen on adaptable bikes and parts,
So a fork which can serve 27+ 29 and 29+ With the ability to change travel height if need be would be great.
I think the Yari 29+ has this covered ,now to wait for a set to come up cheap s/h!

Sorry to say old chap that a crux 29+ won't fit into any fork I know off. It to tall for a bluto (bigger outside diameter than a 5" fatty rubber) won't even give clearance on RS judy29+ and they are specifically designed to take biiiig tyres on wide rims. On the plus side they will happily run 29+ dirt wiz and bombolinis on a 45 and 52 rim and swallow 650b+ 3" without any issue what so ever. The crux is just a sodding massive tyre but works a treat rigid. To be honest if it was going on a big rig for flatout rocky stuff, I'd stay away from it as the sidewalls are not the beefiest. A minion dhf 3" would be a better bet for yobbo antics in the 29+ world and there's loads of forks that will run that

Thx Tazzy that’s very helpful.
Just trying to cover all bases.
But I’m taking it to the extremes which are probably not necessary .
