I hope this is useful to anyone wanting to carry their bike on a roof carrier.
Due to the 3" width on the 29+ I have struggled to find a solution to carrying the bike on the roof.
Didn't really get on with the faffing of getting the front wheel off all the time and squeezing the dirty bike in the folded down boot space.
The images show that you have to remove the plastic tyre guide for the 3" width tyres, and the fit in the supporting hoop is snug.
Its an expensive rack, but very secure and easy to load the bike etc.
