Got a new xc frame coming soon (Fairlight Holt) and after a dropper for it.

Anyone any experience of the Oneup 27.2 vs the PNW Rainier Gen3?

The PNW has 5mm more drop. So that's negligible.

Anything else to distinguish them? Anyone tried one and can comment? Price is about the same.

Cheers!

We've have/had OneUp and an older Ranier. Not 27.2.

Both work well. Both have similar amount of 'twistle' - better than my cheaper TransX.
The old OneUp needed a warranty call, but that was sorted real quickly and well. The new one we have is 2+ years old and fine.
The PNW has nicer graphics and I like the lever more. I would happily buy either again.

I have a one up on the Spur and a Ranier on the Holt. They both work! Can't say as I notice a difference in operation. No trouble at all with either of them so far.
