It's coming up to that time of the year. Just picked up a 27+ bike & just wondered what people use as a rear mudguard. I've a 50/01 on the front & is there any crud catcher style out there

cheers for any help

I thought this was going to be a rant about getting old.

I have just used an old CC from a 26er.  Not sure how effective it is yet as I have just put it on and I haven't ridden it yet but is looks okay!

Topeak defender XC11 , 27.5 version

Works fine. But only if you don't have a dropper...

Detail: I used loctite on the "angle adjustment screw" (small screw / hex nut).

You'll have to resort to using a 27.5+ mudguard and put up with the extra 0.5" gap

Isn’t it 0.25” gap?

I use a 29er crudguard on the back of my pine mountain. Works great with 3" nobby nics and a dropper 🙂

I use a crud guard 26 inch version with an extension piece made from a plastic washing detergent bottle. Looks great and works fine!
