So...... I have a 2010 Sanderson Blitz frame that's got a dent ,well passed warranty and in all honesty like me has seen better days
Whilst bored I fitted some X-Fusion Streat 140mm 27.5 forks (same axle to crown as 26 150mm Sektors I was currently running on it)
I also found the frame would take a 27.5 wheel so my question is .....
Am I adding undue stress on the frame therefore resulting in me being a horrific fireball where I end up sitting in the devil's lap or should I be overjoyed with this result!?

Running a wheel an inch bigger will add undue stress? What is your thinking to bring about that question?
Assuming enough tyre clearance on the frame, it will be fine.
People forget "27.5" is actually less than 5% bigger than "26"

No. Putting DH forks on an XC frame and riding it like a DH bike will break it, but that's just because you're riding it like a DH bike. If you ride the bike as it was intended to be ridden, you'll be fine.
Should be fine. You could always run it as a mullet setup (26" rear with 27.5 up front) if tyre clearance is an issue.

The only way you can apply a force to the headtube via the wheel is a load from the axle. Your load is therefore the same with the same A-2-C length.
Caveats of using the fork normally - if you landed a drop with the wheels turned 90 degrees, or with the brake locked on this statement becomes untrue, but you are going to have bigger and more painful problems at that point.
The extra height of the bottom half of the wheel will have slackened your headtube angle slightly, again raising the theoretical force if you were to do a zero mph drop to flat, but in reality, minimal practical change.

I ran a 27.5 inch Pike on a 26 inch frame with same c-to-a height, but with 26 inch wheels. Worked perfectly and loads more mud clearance at the front!! 🙂
