Back in the day I did sleepless solo a few times and I fancy doing another 24 hour solo race. Ideally I would like to do one spring / early summer but my googling is failing me. Any suggestions?

British Champs is the Kielder Chiller this year. If you want a baptism of fire for your reintroduction to 24hrs do this one, it will be properly hard. Bring your climbing legs!
Longest Day/Longest Ride is very good and suits your time frame but may not happen next year as Gary is stepping down fro organising it after many successful years.
24/12 had a half-arsed go at the Nationals last year, the fact that it was the nationals was the only reason I went, the course isn't great, I much prefer LDLR or Relentless but sadly Relentless isn't happening this year either.
If you want to travel 24hrs of Finale ticks all the boxes, great course, great atmosphere, enormous fun. I've been five times and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone, teams or solos

He did say summer🤣
I've never done it but I've heard good things about it. Really doesn't appeal to me but I'm going to pit for someone next time, see what the craic is and return some karma, quite looking forward to that.

I've heard Mayhem is back on the cards for next summer with the full 24hr format, but in all honesty I'd look at travelling to Europe, their races are on the whole better organized with more atmosphere and all that.
