Where can you get a straight steerer, quick release air fork for a 24" kids bike - do they even exist as aftermarket products ?
Cheers
i used an older 26" manitou r7 on my lads 24" bike
If you get stuck I have a brand new 26" suntour 100mm qr air fork from a kids bike in a box here with a straight steerer.
RST do a good one, called the F1rst Air I think.
Plush, tuneable. I fitted one on my daughter's Cube HT.
Beaten to it by nearly an hour(!), but what Reggie said. I had one of those on a acrerra blast build for my kids and its was a reallu nice fork.
The eldest had the 20" version as stock on his Saracen, it was basic but okay. Not sure I would have paid £150 though. I would be scouring ebay for an older 80mm 26" RS or Fox, knowing I could probably get my money back after they'd grown out of it.
