I have 2.1 pacestar 2015 nobby nics and considering getting a hans dampf 2.35 26 up the front?

Is the size difference going to cause problems and will the hd actually fit? Its a carrera banshee x 26 with epicon fs.

Thanks
Christian

Lots of folk run a wider, usually grippier, front.

Excellent thanks.

Is it likely i will feel the extra rolling resistence and do you think it would fit?

No idea on the forks thing. As regards rolling resistance, there are too many other variables. for instance, you might find you are also running the wider tyre at a different pressure. However, only you can decide where on the grip/resistance axis your best compromise lies.

I've got Hutchinson Toro (I think) 2.35s on my bike with 2012 Epicons and it's fine.

I run an On-One Smorgasbord in my Epicons with a mucky nuts type mud guard. The Smorgasbord is supposed to be 2.25 wide, seams wider than that.

Cheers guys.

I know its going to be impossible to say how much harder it will be to pedal but what i dont want to do is swap the front tyre and end up with a bike which feels like it doesnt roll so well again like it did when it was running panaracer xc pro's
