2019 Jeffsy owners - what colour/size/spec did you choose and why?

Currently eyeing up a Jeffsy to replace my HeiHei Trail DL - hoping 40mm more rear travel will make drops and rough stuff in general smoother without sacrificing too much xc ability.

The comp or pro race have the best colour options, but the pro seems best vfm. But the white looks dull and the white rubber on the red will look dirty? I'm 6ft 32" and the large looks to be about the right numbers. So, what you got and why?

I saw onen in the black matt the other day, kashima forks etc... Looked absolutely superb... Massive bike envy.

The red CF Pro looks nice, but my answer would be to wait until the CF Pro Race is on sale with a discount. The grey is the best colour imo.

After weighing up all the options I went for a white CF Pro. The Pro race wasn’t worth (to me) the extra money. The white is not my favourite colour but looks ok with a few component modifications.

Im 5ft 10 and went for a large which fits perfectly.

Yeah that’s my thinking Robz. What did you swap out? The dropper goes in increments? That looks like my first swap.

I’m trying to post a pic from my iCloud album but failing.

I replaced all the brakes, stem, chainring and seat collar bits with orange Hope parts so the bike now looks like BB8.

I don’t mind the dropper. I thought I would hate it as I am used to reverbs etc. but its quick, reliable and seems solid enough.

Do slightly wish it had the 150mm Fox suspension but for 90% of what I ride the 140mm Is fine. Might get a coil shock for it though.

Mmm tasty!

When I get the grey CF pro race model I'll be doing the same, probably with a smattering of red hope bits
