Hello All,
I'm after some help with the purchase of a new rear shock.
I have a 2015 Whyte G150S which I bought new in April 2015. The original shock was replaced under warranty with a RockShox Monarch Plus RC3 DebonAir in August last year. This was sent back under warranty a few weeks ago and is being replaced again. This combined with other replaced Rockshox/SRAM products has left me with zero confidence in their reliability and durability.
So, Im going to replace the shock with something else. The question is which one? As there is very little clearance between the shock body and top tube, which makes me think a Fox X2 or CC DDA may not fit.
Has anybody fitted a different shock or know what will fit?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm sure there was a thread somewhere and a few shocks were tried but didn't fit.X,X2 etc
