Hi folks
Anyone know if you can easily adjust the travel of a dual position 160 to have the same drop in travel.. but with a max travel starting point of around 140? Basically 140/110ish or 150/120?

Yes you can change it by replacing the spring. Not sure what size springs are available for the Pike. Give Loco tuning a call, they'll tell you what is available and how much etc..
