i have finally started to pay towards a new road bike (have wanted a road bike for a long time).i have asked the shop if they can get a genesis equilibrium 20 (they aren't a genesis dealer).if they cannot get one though,i am thinking of ordering the above bike.just wondered what other people think of them. i think the spec looks good for the money £1499.00 [img]

Looks good. My brother has some sort of giant tcr, its pretty nice, rides well. Dont think its quite as racey as that one though.
Have you looked at Planet X, Ribble, Cube, Canyon etc?
The TCR range are all out racers with aggressive geometry and stiff. If your planning to train and race with it then fine. If it's for long gentle rides where comfort is key then it could be quite uncomfortable an unforgiving.
Maybe have a look at the defy range as the geometry will be more relaxed.
Compared to the genesis equilibrium they're opposite ends of the spectrum.
