Hi all

Interested in a pair of Fox Forks 140s in the classifieds (cheers for the picture Paul), just need to confirm if the steerer is going to be long enough

They are 2012 but not Kashima, does anyone know if this just means they are taken from a bike that was sold new with them fitted. I thought all 2012s had the Kashima coating. Are there any other differences between OEM and aftermarket forks?

I might be talking nonsense by the way but any information would be much appreciated

Cheers, Wilko

My understanding is that only the "factory" line up had the kashima coating so it was possible I think to by after market forks with a standard coating.
