Evening,

Just remove my seatpost and the 'Big Grippa' clamp system appears to have about 4mm gap between frame and the bottom of the clamp...it appears to be a sleeve but I can't tell if it has moved up or not - it feels incredibly solid but I've never noticed the gap before.

Anyone else with an '11 model and can confirm if there is a gap or not?

Thanks.

I posted a thread this morning asking for experiences with new 146 frames, and someone mentioned that there were issues with "the bonding failing on the alu sleeve used in the seatclamp area.".

strange as I can't move it...up, down or twist...I suspect it has always been like that and I've just noticed...
