Hi

so im looking at getting a Giant XTC 2 and i keep finding different spec lists from different sites for the same model/same year?

Im trying to find out what forks are on this, im finding Tora's on some sites and Recon's on others?

Anyone got one or seen one and what forks did it have on?

Ive looked on the giant site and it says Tora's but the picture are Recon's and every other site says Recon's.

Giant-bicycles should have the right spec, make sure you type in UK. Giant do fork up their bikes differently depending which country it's going to.

I'd say Tora. Some shops do paste the wrong info.

That's pretty hopeless.
The USA XTC2 has Darts, so that's no help.
Two of my mates own shops and are Giant dealers, I'll ask Monday if you want?

It's a great bike for a grand, if you want a race style hardtail.
If you want a less race focused bike as an all rounder, this Sunn Prim S2 is a beauty too. £1100, but I've got one left in large at £825 - 2010 model.

Recon/SramX9/Formula RX1 brakes - real nice!
