IV had a look at the guide, I can see the forks take air but I have no idea where the air goes in. I was wondering if it was on the bottom of the leg but only ever been used to the intake being up one of the top caps, but on this model it doesn't look the case,, help? :)... Please 🙂
Old Marzocchis used an adaptor for their non-schrader valve, it might be under one of the top caps.
Had a look under both top caps and there is nothing I think, nothing that a Schrader would for or even close, all there was was a tiny ball bearing and a spring in the caps, can't see anything else there,, also there RC3 not RCV
RC3 was a two stage damper for coil forks.
Not sure if you can add air, but try unscrewing the middle of the damper knob then pulling off the knob.
I really can't understand why it would have air preload on the left leg and then no valve
null hypothesis: no air adjust present? coil only, air volume set with oil level? I think I had a set like that.

It shows an air valve as part 31 and it looks like its under the top cap. See if you can remove it (probably just unscrews) and you should see the valve. This is in the left hand leg looking at the fork front on.
If it anything like the 2012 55 RC3Ti I have hanging in the garage, you'll need an adaptor to add air.
Like this one https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/pumps/sks-marzochi-shock-pump-adaptor-2315/
It basically makes the fork ramp up quicker as it progresses into the stroke.

Edit: Seems I didn't fully read the thread! you've got the RC3 where there isn't an air valve but appears to have a volume adjust (VA) knob (the big red one) on the right hand leg looking from the front.
