Hey all

Seen a nice looking enduro fsr frame for sale but read its only 138mm instead of 150mm travel, does this affect the geo at all also can it be converted to the bigger travel?

If anyones got one what size forks you running?

Cheers STW legends

I'm not sure, but I think it's the shock size and different front shock shuttle that sets the amount of travel, so a longer shock and/or a different shuttle, maybe...

geometry is the same for both travel options as it uses a different shock length/ stroke. you can change the travel, but only with a different shock.
I've got an 05 Elite, which came with 140mm travel DHX air shock - I ran it with 140mm travel Revelation forks for a while with the high shock shuttle.
It's now got a longer coil shock on for more travel and 170mm Marz 66 forks on the front.
very versatile frame and you have the two shock shuttles to change the geometry around, only thing to be wary of is putting too short a shock or too long a stroke on the back...

Thanks for the info
thinking of putting some marz 55 at 160mm on but may keep them at 150 to avoid to slack a HA.

should be nice with those one, try it with the high shock shuttle as that will make the HA steeper if that's what you need, and the BB won't be too high anyway as Enduros/ Specializeds have a low BB
