I know its all too easy to bang on about suppliers when things go wrong, but how many of us also make a song and dance when we get exceptional service ??
Having emailed 2Pure yesterday morning, in need of some replacement spokes for my beloved Crank Bros Iodine wheels, i received a response within a couple of hours asking for some more detail. Once this was answered another swift response followed to say that parts would be sent out to me 1st class in order to get be back on the trail ASAP.
Hey presto, this morning, new spokes fitted, wheel trued and off I go 🙂
