Need a new tyre for my P7 and wiggle/CRC have some good pricing on a Maxxis DHR 2.4 WT. Tech Enduro rim width is 23mm - are they wide enough to take a Maxxis 2.4 WT?

Maxxis say that WT tyres are optimised for 35mm internal width rims. You're a long way from that.
Sure it'll fit but the tyre profile will be sub optimal.
Substantially so IMO.

Watching with interest as the other half needs some new tyres for those rims.
