anyone know when would the competitors release their version of 42T cog?

Hope one is showing on CRC but just as a stock alert. It also comes in other colours...
I think I might try it but the back end size is only half of the limiting factor over XX1. The 10t gives you the leap at the other end that means you can drop back from the 28/39 end of things on my current double and not loose too much.
If shimano can manage to pull a 10speed 11-40 out of their arses this market will dissapear
agree with that Kimbers but why would they, it will devalue their 11sp stuff and still leave them short of the full range. As I was working out having the 10t over the 11t is the difference between a 30t and a 33t ring at the front.
