Set up my wheels tubeless for the first time yesterday , checked them this morning and they've both lost about 5psi overnight (pumped them up to 40psi) - is this common ?
Also the rear has a few areas with bubbles coming out by the bead, is this just the washing up liquid I used to help seat them or does the actual sealant bubble up ?
And should you be able to hear the sealant sloshing about when you shake the wheel ? (think I lost a fair amount messing about with the rear tyre)
For reference their WTB asym i29 rims with a Chunky Monkey / Smorgasbord combo and using Stans sealant. The CM went up first time but the Smorgasbord took a few attempts.
Many thanks.

Yes. That's a pretty good result. Will improve further with riding.

Sealant will sort it out with riding. If it was a major issue you would have lost a lot more than 5psi.

Normally a bit to start with. You could always stick a bit more in via the valve and pump up again if you're worried.
glad this hasn't been covered before ever, every week for the last 3/4 years.
Unlike today's tyre pressure thread you eagerly replied to. 🙂
@ martinhutch Thanks for the reply .. it went better than I was expecting to be fair.
@ jeykkl thanks for taking the time to reply
lol. yeah well, I like Ianc, he has a Soul as do I 😛
Op stick some more gloop in, pump it up, go for a ride. Don't go for any BIG rides until it settles down.
^^^^ 🙂
