When I bought my DX torches I bought a cheapy 18650 battery charger. It seems to work OK but takes a while to charge and will only charge 2 batteries if they equally discharged. Can anyone recommend a better one? Ideally fast charge, charge two batteries, with an LED/LCD display, 240v/12v

I have this Ultrafire one:
...not sure it was from that particular seller but it's the same charger. I bought a cheap dealextreme one with my lights originally, but then got uneasy about it maybe burning my house down and decided to get a UK-specific one instead.
Decent charging time, charges 2 batteries with LED turning from red to green when it's finished.
