There's plenty of deals to be had with RS Revelations, particularly if you go for the 15mm Maxle. Is there any discernible difference in stiffness between the 2? As it uses the Maxle system its bound to be better than QR but was just wondering if it was worth hunting out a 20mm Maxle or compromising on price or colour (I know....) for the sake of the 20mm Maxle.

Hubs is not an issue as I have Pro 2s so just need to swap the adapters round.

The only other thing to bare in mind would be inter-compatability with other forks / wheels but that's not going to be an issue for me.

15mm thru seems plenty stiff on my forks that have it.

Got some 29er 15mm sids (admittedly also taper) and they're as stiff/stiffer than my old 26" 120mm 20mm rebas.

Either will do a great job, you won't notice the difference.
